The Challenge
SThe architectural vision for the Singapore Management University (SMU) Admin Building called for a ceiling that mimicked organic flow, breaking away from rigid educational grids. This required complex bending and fabrication that standard off-the-shelf products could not achieve.
The Solution
Utilizing iCeiling Custom Fabrication, 3Co engineered and manufactured bespoke curved baffles. Each profile was precision-bent to follow the architect's specific radius requirements. The installation creates a dynamic, fluid visual overhead that softens the rigidity of the concrete structure while offering acoustic diffusion.
